This foundational first session introduces guests to the signature LifeSplash blend of restoration - a carefully chosen handful of neuroscience-based practices woven together with cinematic tropical visuals, warm comforts, quiet guidance, and an unhurried mini-retreat pace.
Guests are guided through approximately 90 minutes of CineFlow™, followed by 30 minutes of integration and Soft Landing™ with time for reflection, tea, chocolate, and fresh fruit.
This extra time allows the experience to settle, while giving guests a taste of simple restorative practices they may want to remember, revisit,
or try at home.

These shorter sessions are designed to deepen the practices introduced in the foundational experience while adding fresh variety through the growing LifeSplash library of CineFlow™ journeys — tropical films, guided imagery, sensory experiences, and restorative themes.
Created to be repeated, the 1-hour EaseScape™ offers an ongoing rhythm of nervous system care, helping busy minds quiet, tired bodies soften, and the benefits of restoration continue over time.

The experience is completed with a specially selected dessert from Papa Haydn, the beloved NW 23rd restaurant celebrated for its exquisite cakes and desserts.
