Guests are guided through approximately 90 minutes of CineFlow™, followed by 30 minutes of integration and Soft Landing™ with time for reflection, tea, chocolate, and fresh fruit.
This extra time allows the experience to settle, while giving guests a taste of simple restorative practices they may want to remember, revisit,
or try at home.
