The LIfESPLASH Signature Experience is:

  • 75 Minutes

  • Instructor-led

  • Small group sessions

to soothe and restore - the whole of you.

 

OVERVIEW OF 75 MINUTE SESSION

The first half of session focuses on the release of stress and worry: a clearing of toxic thoughts, relaxing the mind and nervous system.

 

The second half of session focuses on the release of tension from muscles, increasing flexibility/range of motion, posture strengthening, and...blissful lounging.

It's a convenient "vacay" from your weary and warp-speed day.

 

At LIfESPLASH we strive to balance & strengthen the 3 parts of a being: Mind - Spirit - Body.

 

We are hard-wired for connecting with others. Our brain "lights up" when we gather with people, and participate in pleasant activities. Humans crave a sense of belonging - and fulfilling this craving aids our mind, spirit, and body - since - they are all intertwined.

 

Every element of LIfESPLASH is intentional - in order to cultivate Inner Peace,  Self-Awareness, Holistic Strength - and JOY!  LIfESPLASHing provides a nurturing swift escape into a calm and nature-inspired space with like-minded health-dedicated others.

*  Relax and release....begin to notice a sense of Gratitude taking you over - for all the ways your mind & body assist you every day.  This mindfulness of Gratitude will ease you into a serene mental and spiritual place.  

 

LIfESPLASH Oasis Wellness Practices center on developing intentional healthy routines to heal, nurture and strengthen all 3 of our human facets: Mind - Spirit - Body.  

 

Woven into each session are elements cultivated from a variety of long-standing, proven successful health techniques and practices such as: 

*  Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

*  Relaxation Therapy

*  Compassionate (or NVC) Communication

*  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

*  Deep Breathing

*  Static/Dynamic Movement  (increase flexibility, range of motion and release of endorphins)
